l  Sample order and dropship are as welcome as mass order. Please leave the details message to us when you place order. All orders will be shipped out from 1-3 working days after receipt of the payment. We cannot accept the order from Brazil if he cannot supply Tax No.(CPF)

l  In order to ensure you receive your order with tax free, you may ask for a lower price on invoice, that's ok, but pls do leave me a message, then we will declare it as gift/sample with lower price. But the import duties and taxes are depending on your local custom department, so the buyers should be responsible for any risk on custom clearance or duty at your side.

l  Customs clearance/tax

 If the buyer does not make the customs clearance for the customs tax or other reason, the buyer should be responsible for all charge and loss because of this.

We provide 1 year warranty without any human damage. If the item is defective, pls notify us within 3 days of receipt, all items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. Items returned after 15 days of delivery are only eligible for repair. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. When buying, it means the buyer have given tacit consent to the policy.
